If you’re looking for a simple weeknight dinner, this is the one for you! You’ll want to use leaner meats for the healthiest version and it goes great with all three varieties of Rooster & Lark skillets! Just pick your favorite and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef, turkey, or chicken

  • 1 Bag Rooster & Lark Great with Southwest, Rocky Mountain, or Greek!

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Level up (take your meal to the next level!)

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers

  • 1 cup milk

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Add the Rooster & Lark directly from frozen, no need to thaw.

  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes or internal temp of 160
