Cut chicken breasts in half if they are thick. Use meat tenderizer to make even thinner if desired.
Coat chicken breast in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs.
Lightly fry in oil for 3 minutes each side or until chicken is crisp on the outside but raw on the inside
In baking dish add chicken and cover with pasta sauce, Rooster & Lark Rocky Mountain Skillet, and parmesan cheese
Bake for 1 hour at 350 and you’re done!
